Sometimes a sermon....

is so good that not only do you exclaim at the goodness of God to allow you to hear it, but you thank God for all that He has brought you through to bring you to the place of hearing it.

Sometimes a hymn is so profoundly comforting that not only do you sing it with a gusto that issues from your feet, but you're also fairly certain that the alto in the choir heard your singing transition to soft sobs from the back of the church.

Sometimes a lesson is so applicable that not only do you know yourself to have been rightly convicted by the Holy Spirit, but that you also thank God for protecting you from the shrieking ungodly convictions of men.

Sometimes worship is so sweet that not only do you marvel at His works and remember His faithfulness and bask in His provision and glory in His majesty, but that you also thank God that weekly you will get to do all of this all over again.
